General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of BYCALMA GmbH for byca.ch

These GTC apply to all offers and services provided through the platform byca.ch, operated by BYCALMA GmbH, Bahnhofplatz 1, 8001 Zurich (hereinafter referred to as "BYCA"). This includes in particular:

• the sale of event tickets through the BYCA Club

• the sale of products via BYCA Collective (online shop)

• the provision of editorial content via the BYCA Guide

The contractual partner for all bookings processed directly through byca.ch is BYCALMA GmbH, Bahnhofplatz 1, 8001 Zurich. For product purchases, BYCA acts as an intermediary on behalf of the respective listed brands or partner companies.

a) Events

By booking an event via the ticket form, the customer enters into a binding registration. The booking becomes legally valid upon completion of payment.

b) Products

When purchasing a product through the BYCA Collective, the contract is concluded upon completion of the payment process. Fulfilment (shipping, returns, warranty) is handled according to the terms and conditions of the respective partner company.

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payments are made via the payment methods provided on the website (TWINT, Stripe, Wix Payments).

Since events are conducted in small groups, refunds are excluded. Rebookings may be offered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability. Transferring a ticket to another person is allowed but must be communicated to BYCA in advance.

Products in the shop are sold on behalf of third-party vendors. The return and complaint policies of the partner companies apply. BYCA is not responsible for handling returns or warranty cases. Contact details for providers are available on each product page.

The editorial content on the Guide is intended for inspiration and informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, BYCA assumes no liability for the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of the information.

For events organized directly by BYCA, we are responsible for the execution within our own organizational framework. For events hosted by partners, responsibility lies with the respective provider.

All content, images, and texts on byca.ch are protected by copyright and may not be used without prior written permission from BYCALMA GmbH.

All legal relationships are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
